Access Guide

  1. Email admin@weaponeer.io to request a seat. The operator files that email under Access so it can be screened and decided. You will also submit the screening form. The form asks which of three routes applies. An organization certified under the Joint Certification Program gives its CAGE code and DD Form 2345. An organization without one gives its ownership, control and intended use, and, where a named seat is a foreign person, the cooperative program and the U.S. government approval relied on. An individual U.S. person gives government-issued proof of status. A foreign person does not use the individual route. Submitting the form does not open a seat. What we require is set out in Access Eligibility.
  2. We screen everyone named on the request against U.S. restricted-party lists, then verify government photo ID on a live video call. A person writes an approval memo, or declines. We may decline without giving a reason.
  3. On approval, each named person creates their own account at the exact address on the approval. A seat is one person at one address and is never shared.
  4. At first sign-in you are shown the Terms, the Access Eligibility policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Disclaimer, and must accept each one. Acceptance is recorded against you and the version you were shown. The workbench does not open until it is.
  5. The year at $20,000 / year is billed by invoice after approval. There is no card checkout.
  6. Open Workbench, name the setup, change a payload, press Save. It appears under Setups. The Technical Data Package download is a separate hosted add-on with its own approval. Enterprise On-Prem is a site license by inquiry: after a contract, entitled seats get a Downloads page for the installer, which runs offline with a local license file.

  8. Report a bug is always on the bottom right. It emails the operator the page, browser, and a workbench snapshot so the issue can be reproduced.
