Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Violation is a material breach and permits immediate termination without refund.

You may not use the Service

  1. To design, develop, produce, or improve any device, munition, or payload intended for, or that you know or reasonably should know will be used for, any unlawful purpose, any act of violence against civilians, any terrorist act, or any act prohibited by the law of armed conflict.
  2. In support of the design, development, production, stockpiling, or delivery of any nuclear, chemical, biological, or radiological weapon, or any missile system, or in connection with any end use requiring authorization under 15 C.F.R. § 744.
  3. To plan, support, or execute an attack, engagement, or employment of a weapon against any person, structure, or facility. The Service produces engineering estimates. It is not a targeting system and confers no authority to employ any weapon.
  4. In connection with the acquisition, manufacture, possession, storage, transport, or use of explosives, ordnance, or firearms in violation of any applicable law, license, or permit, including 18 U.S.C. Chapter 40 and 27 C.F.R. Part 555.
  5. As the sole, primary, or controlling basis for any range clearance, surface danger zone, evacuation, personnel siting, or explosives-safety determination. See Section 5 of the Terms.
  6. To represent, publish, or imply that any Output is certified, accredited, validated, government-approved, a JMEM or JTCG/ME product, a range-safety authority, or a collateral damage estimate of record.
  7. To circumvent access controls, share credentials, exceed licensed seats, access the Service by automated means, reverse engineer the Service, or train or evaluate any competing model or product.
  8. To upload classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information, material bearing a DoD distribution statement other than Distribution A, or material you are not authorized to disclose to us.
  9. In any manner prohibited by the Access Eligibility policy.

Reporting

Report suspected misuse to admin@weaponeer.io. We investigate reports and cooperate with lawful government requests.
